The advantages of Astra
Versatility. Astra processes almost any type of waste stored at the landfill. It does not need to be reconfigured or additional modifications ordered.
The unit processes any waste of hazard classes 3, 4 and 5 according to the Federal Waste Classification Catalog (FCCO). The main condition: waste must contain carbon. For example, plastic, organic waste, rubber and wood.
Environmental friendliness. Unlike incinerators, which emit hazardous substances into the atmosphere, Astra decomposes waste into safe components:
- ash corresponding to the 4th-5th class of waste according to the FKKO (Federal Classification Catalog of Waste);
- carbon dioxide without dangerous impurities that meets the standards for exhaust emissions into the environment (SanPiN 2.1.3684-21 and GN 2.1.6.3492-17);
- chemically pure water.
Autonomy. The existing infrastructure at the landfill will be enough for the unit to work. Astra does not need an external fuel source — natural gas, coal or electricity. When processing waste, energy is released, and it is enough for the unit to work autonomously. At the same time, excess energy can be directed for use by enterprises that rent the territory.
